Finger Lakes region, New York Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - 1 hour outside of Syracuse. Work like balance and happiness are key to this facility! $375k|year with no call|nights|wknds!
Collaborative practice- CRNAs can do their own blocks and OB if desired. No call, wknds, holidays, $375k|year or perm 1099 option available (negotiable rate). NEED 2 MORE CRNAs!
Pay $375k|year W2, 1099 option negotiable no benefits with 1099.
6 weeks PTO for W2
8 or 10 hour days
No call, wknds, holidays.
Malpractice is covered with W2
CME- licenses dues etc covered (negotiable) with W2
4-5 CRNAs and 8 MDs- growing and desire 2 more CRNAs
CRNA will only work at one hospital, the MDs float to a few different sites.
Most cases except no hearts, no peds. The hospital is a community hospital – not a trauma center. Yet they do a very wide range of cases. Ortho, general, vascular, thoracic, neuro, OB|GYN, urology, GI, plastics, podiatry. They don’t do open hearts or transplants. At present they do minimal peds, but the hospital is recruiting for peds ENT. You can be as independent as you would like with OB and blocks. If you want to do your own you can, if you would rather rely in the MD you can also do that.
Health insurance coverage included. However, if you opt to not use the health insurance you can get a set amount put into your HSA or bank a week of VAC (W2)
