Acute & Critical Care-NP - We’re looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner with critical care experience to provide overnight coverage at a small, community-focused facility near Fort Myers, Florida.
This role offers a highly desirable 7-on | 7-off night schedule, giving you half the year off while maintaining meaningful, hands-on critical care practice.

Responsibilities
Provide overnight critical care coverage
Manage ventilated and medically complex patients
Collaborate closely with physicians and hospital staff
Ensure safe, high-quality patient care during night shifts
Qualifications
Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner (ACNP or AGACNP preferred)
Prior critical care experience required
Comfortable managing ventilators independently
Strong clinical judgment and ability to work autonomously
