We are looking for a Part Time Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to work at our practice.
We are a Private Outpatient Physical Therapy Practice located in Phoenix, AZ.
We treat Adult patients in our office.
Part Time Position!
2 to 3 days a week!
We are flexible!
Open: Mon – Fri: 8am – 5pm
No Nights or Weekends!
Pay: $50 - $65 per hour.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an approved Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
Arizona Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
We prefer at least 1 year of experience in Physical Therapy, Massage or Nutrition.
