Surgical-NP - Surgical ICU APP – Locum Night Coverage for Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Our client is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide night coverage in a high-acuity Surgical ICU in Boston. Night shifts (6p–6a), 16-20 shifts per month
Treat a variety of complex cases—burn, trauma, ortho, OB—in a 20-bed SICU.
Cred timeframe: 6 weeks
Paid travel & expenses: Mileage Local Candidates preferred, but will consider strong candidates that need travel.
What You’ll Be Doing
Provide advanced care to surgical ICU patients, managing up to 10 beds per shift.
Collaborate with an additional APP to ensure 24|7 expert coverage.
Work independently overnight
Epic EMR
Deliver care across a range of high-acuity post-op patient populations.
About You
Be able to do the job as described.
Active MA license required.
Board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
At least 1 year of experience in a Surgical ICU setting.
Comfortable working nights in a high-volume, high-acuity ICU environment.
