Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - The Family Medicine NP|PA position offers a unique opportunity to work full-time with a flexible schedule at both the East Dundee and Hanover Park locations. The role involves 10-hour shifts over 4 days, Monday to Friday, with alternating Saturdays. The candidate will be required to work 2 Saturdays per month. The clinic hours are 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekdays and 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturdays.
This position is with an FQHC serving a diverse immigrant population. The successful candidate will have the support of a front desk and medical assistant team. We are seeking a mature and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who is preferably bilingual in Spanish. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors, as this role involves caring for a cradle-to-grave population.
