Nurse Practitioner - Nurse Practitioner Needed In Mesa, AZ
Our Private Practice is seeking an experienced Internal Medicine
Cardiovascular Nurse Practitioner to join our team. The successful
candidate will be responsible for providing patient care to individuals
with cardiovascular disease within the internal medicine setting. You
will work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare
professionals to develop and implement patient care plans, educate
patients on cardiovascular health, and manage medications and treatment
plans.
Location: Mesa, AZ
Incentives:
·Competitive salary of $115,000 to $130,000 annually

Hours Of Operation:
Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct physical exams and take medical histories of patients with
cardiovascular disease.
* Develop and implement patient care plans, including prescribing
medications and ordering diagnostic tests.
* Provide patient education on cardiovascular health, lifestyle
changes, and medication management.
* Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare
professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
* Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including electrocardiograms,
echocardiograms, and stress tests.
* Monitor and manage medications and treatment plans.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and research activities.
* Document patient care in electronic medical records.
* Participate in on-call rotation as necessary.
Requirements:
* Active state license as a Nurse Practitioner with certification in
Internal Medicine and cardiovascular health in the state of Arizona.
* Master's degree in Nursing.
* 2+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in an internal
medicine or cardiovascular practice setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in electronic medical records.
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
* Experience in a cardiology practice setting.
* Experience with cardiac stress testing and interpretation.
* Ability to perform vascular ultrasound
