We are seeking a PMHNP to work in a telemedicine setting based from home. The Provider must have at least one year of experience and feel comfortable working autonomously with patients across the lifespan. The Provider would see patients ranging from ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, and other mental illnesses. The PMHNP would be trained on the EHR and be part of an interdisciplinary team with good support and Medical Director who is also a PMHNP| DNP. The Provider should be a team player, positive attitude and the ability to work in a brisk past paced setting as there is already an established patient base. This organization is in a high growth mode with plenty of opportunities for leadership | team lead roles and career path development due to expansion into new markets. The starting base salary is $110,000-$115,000+ depending upon experience with an incentive compensation of 2.5% of the base salary that will be paid quarterly. There is a comprehensive benefits package to include; Medical (BC|BS), 1 week paid CME and a CME Allowance of $1,000 for year one and year two is $2,000, LTD, Life Insurance, and 401K with 1% match. This position also offers the flexibility of 4|10 or 5|8 hour shifts which can also be used to supplement existing employment or income derived for a Provider that is in private practice.
