Position Overview

Family-NP - $2,000 Signing Bonus! Family Nurse Practitioner – Out-Patient Clinic Setting—Loan Repayment Eligible (Gary, Indiana) 4 Day Schedule 12:30pm-9:00pm

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join a well-respected outpatient clinic. The Provider would be working a 4|10 schedule; 12:30pm-9:00pm. The Provider would manage an estimated 18-20 patients per day and provide routine primary care services and see patients across the life span. The Provider would see patients with minor Illnesses and injuries including; colds, flu, physical exams, diabetic management and managing other routine and chronic conditions. The FNP would enjoy a competitive compensation package ranging from $105,000-$115,000+ (Depending Upon Experience) with a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Malpractice, 401K with matching contribution, 3 weeks PTO, CME and CME Allowance of $1,500, as well as loan repayment program through the NHSC ($25,000 per year paid to the providers student loans—minimum of $50,000 for a two year commitment or Nursing Corp which offers up to 60% of loan debt forgiveness.

Requirements of the Position:

· Must be a Family Nurse Practitioner

· IN Licensed

· Interested in working in a school based out-patient setting

· Pass a Background check | and credentialing
