Psychiatry/Mental Health-NP - Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner -Urgent Care (Part-Time) - Springfield, Missouri
We are seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to work within a trauma-informed Behavioral Health Urgent Care setting on a part-time basis (26 hours per week) day shift schedule. The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will provide a full range of psychiatric services with patients that suffer from acute mental illness and co-occurring disorders. The Provider will have excellent collaborative support within an interdisciplinary team but must be able to function at a high level with minimal supervision. The Provider will see approximately one new psychiatric evaluation per hour and medication checks run every 20-30 minutes. Requirements:
PMHNP Certification
Missouri License | Eligible
Prior Psychiatric Experience as a Provider or Psychiatric RN strongly preferred
