New outpatient, primary care clinic located 1.5 hours outside of Chicago in a thriving community of 10,000. Provide family medicine, preventative medicine, and common healthcare services in this practice. This practice is open convenient hours for patients, so there will be some evening and/or weekend coverage. Excellent clinical and administrative support. Electronic Medical Records used.
